Company history –   Milliflect was founded by Joseph Rutschow in 1972. Joseph served in the US Army and  was later employed by Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, California as a Mechanical Engineer. Since 1972 Milliflect  has been manufacturing high performance and standard antennas for line of sight applications for the commercial and aerospace industry. Milliflect later changed to its name to Milliflect Company LLC.
