Millimeter Wave Reflectors

Milliflect offers a line of precision reflectors suitable for use at millimeter-wave frequencies. Standard diameters range from six inches to twelve feet. These reflectors are available in epoxy/glass or light weight

graphite composite. Knife edge spars are available for minimum blockage. Reflector surface tolerances to 0.002 inches r.m.s have been achieved for use up to 220 Ghz.

 Our epoxy-graphite composite construction reduces weight by 40 percent and increases stiffness sixfold compared with epoxy-glass. Thus we can guarantee high surface accuracy,dimensional stability and immunity to adverse effects in most operating environments.
