Precision Offset Microwave Reflectors

Milliflect offers a board line of guaranteed precision offset microwave reflectors. Standard sizes range from six inches to twelve feet. We have made offset reflectors up to 25 feet in diameter, achieving surface tolerances to 0.002 inches r.m.s. These reflectors are used in applications up to 140 Ghz. Standard reflectors are taken from a parabola of revolution male mold with a F/D ratio of 1/3.

 Milliflect can provide non-standard diameters and special focal lengths with moderate tooling charges. High modulus graphite, aluminum honeycomb sandwich construction, with high temperature post-cure are available as options.
