RCS (Radar Cross Section) Reflectors

Milliflect's first large production contract for radar reflectors was the AN/GPN-22. This 22 feet offset was fabricated to a surface tolerance of 0.010 inch r.m.s. The reflector panels required a high temperature post-cure manufacturing process. 

Another Milliflect - fabricated radar reflector is a twelve feet diameter, light weight, high stiffness unit for the AN/MPS-36 program. A selective frequency X-band reflector for a USMC hostile weapons locator system has also been completed. This 8.5 feet offset has 0.010 inch r.m.s surface tolerance. It was fabricated of aerospace honeycomb sandwich, subjected to a high temperature post-cure.

Milliflect has built multi-panel 16 ft by 15 ft parabolic reflectors with curved, or rolled and edges used for use in an RCS compact range. T
